Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Sourcer to identify and engage outstanding candidates as Tremendous continues its growth trajectory. This role involves collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to grasp hiring objectives and create robust talent pipelines across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Identify top-notch candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, employee referrals, and other sourcing tools.
Design focused sourcing approaches tailored for positions company-wide.
Gain rapid insight into talent markets, candidate qualities, and competitive dynamics.
Work alongside recruiters and managers to clarify role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
Utilize data and feedback to enhance sourcing effectiveness, outreach quality, and overall pipeline health.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in recruiting or sourcing, ideally within growth-stage organizations.
Curious and motivated to deepen knowledge of talent markets and roles supported.
Strong research capabilities with a knack for translating broad requirements into focused candidate lists.
Excellent written communication skills that are clear and succinct.
Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments requiring autonomy and problem-solving.
Meticulous attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
Interest in applying artificial intelligence tools to sourcing processes.
