Job description
Job Overview
The role focuses on supporting and enhancing the company's performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness processes through ongoing improvements and collaboration with various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support companywide performance management tasks, including objective setting, conducting reviews, calibration sessions, and refining related processes, tools, and guidelines.
- Detect and resolve system errors within the performance management platform by coordinating with other teams and suggest system enhancements when necessary.
- Collaborate with the compensation and benefits division to maintain coherence between performance outcomes and reward structures.
- Advise and mentor Directors and Managers on performance management best practices and policies for fostering talent growth, progression, and mobility.
- Identify and nominate high-potential employees for leadership development initiatives that meet competency and leadership growth needs.
- Oversee leadership potential assessments and succession planning; regularly update methods and resources to align leadership efforts with business goals.
- Participate in leadership talent board meetings, facilitate prompt execution of agreed actions, and assist senior management in deploying development plans.
- Deliver expert internal consulting services related to talent management challenges and opportunities.
- Manage and analyze HR and organizational development metrics to assess the success of development initiatives and formulate improvement recommendations in performance and talent management.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Expertise in performance and talent management methodologies.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Fluent English language skills.
Educational Qualifications
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Human Resources.
