Role Overview

The Talent Partner will oversee inclusive and structured recruitment within certain teams, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle. Responsibilities include workforce planning, sourcing, evaluating candidates, and guiding evidence-led hiring decisions, ensuring a fair and engaging experience for candidates. This role also aids the enhancement of global talent acquisition strategies at Kooth.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify team needs and recruitment goals.
Lead recruitment kickoff meetings establishing shared expectations and timelines.
Offer data-driven advice and insight into market conditions.
Clarify hiring manager roles and encourage timely feedback during the process.
Anticipate and communicate upcoming talent needs and potential recruitment challenges.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from role approval to offer acceptance.
Develop structured hiring processes with clear success benchmarks and interview frameworks.
Guide post-interview candidate assessments and challenge potential biases.
Ensure applicant tracking system compliance and maintain detailed recruitment records.
Partner on offer negotiations and approvals.
Design customized sourcing tactics and proactively engage diverse candidate pools across multiple channels.
Craft inclusive job postings and maintain strong employer branding and referral programs.
Ensure a transparent, respectful candidate experience, including communication and interview preparation.
Utilize recruitment data to monitor performance indicators and inform improvements.
Support seamless new-hire transition by coordinating onboarding efforts and addressing recurrent gaps.
Contribute to Talent team initiatives for process innovation, technology adoption, and market insight dissemination.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years experience managing full recruitment cycles, ideally in-house.
Proficient in sourcing, assessing, and interviewing candidates across varying roles.
Proven ability to build proactive candidate pipelines through multiple channels.
Experienced in partnering with hiring managers to refine role needs and selection criteria.
Skilled in managing offers and conducting professional negotiations.
Committed to delivering an inclusive and engaging candidate experience.
Familiarity with ATS platforms, preferably Workable, with compliance and accurate data upkeep.
Knowledgeable about employment law and fair hiring practices.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Collaborative with the initiative to offer insightful feedback and challenge to stakeholders.
Background in health tech, healthcare, SaaS, or mission-driven fast-paced environments is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary for this position is up to $80,000, with exact remuneration reflecting education, experience, and skill alignment.
