About the Role and Organization

The Human Resources team seeks a Talent Engagement & Programs Assistant for a one-year limited duration role. This position supports talent initiatives, employee engagement, and workforce outreach, helping shape a positive employee experience by working closely with HR Business Partnerships. The role covers a broad scope including Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to catalyze workforce growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Support talent programs such as new hire orientation and leadership development projects.
- Manage learning program administration, including LMS activities, course scheduling, participant tracking, and reporting.
- Organize recruitment outreach efforts, career fairs, and employer branding events to enhance candidate engagement.
- Coordinate logistics, communications, and materials for employee engagement events, learning sessions, and special HR initiatives.
- Perform administrative tasks like preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings in support of HR operations.
- Foster positive relationships with employees, hiring managers, vendors, and community partners while delivering professional support.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum three years of progressively responsible experience in human resources or administrative roles, or an equivalent combination of education and training.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
- Successful completion of fingerprint-based background checks and relevant security training necessary for employment.
- Preferred credentials include certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, APHR, or PMP.
- Open to candidates with diverse backgrounds who demonstrate a commitment to learning and growth.
Skills and Competencies
- Effective relationship building and communication with various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects, timelines, and administrative tasks simultaneously.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Comfortable using HR systems, LMS platforms, and standard office software.

- Salary range from $44,824 to $71,718 annually, with a hiring range between $58,271 and $67,012.
