Team Overview

The Human Resources team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi focuses on delivering an outstanding associate experience by fostering a learning culture, growth opportunities, and superior service. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Human Resources, the Talent Development Manager collaborates with department leaders, operational teams, and associates to lead learning initiatives, maintain Rosewood brand standards, and support ongoing associate development.

Role Summary

The Talent Development Manager is instrumental in shaping the associate experience by building a culture of continual learning, engagement, and high performance. You will develop and implement a comprehensive training and development strategy to equip associates with essential skills, knowledge, and confidence to provide exceptional guest service aligned with Rosewood's values and service principles. Partnering with HR and operational leaders, you will oversee onboarding, leadership growth programs, learning schemes, quality assurance efforts, and engagement activities supporting both personal career progression and the hotel's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and assess learning and development programs aimed at associate skill enhancement and operational excellence.
• Drive adherence to Rosewood Brand Standards and Luxury Quality Assurance (LQA) through audits, training, and corrective actions.
• Manage a seamless and engaging onboarding experience including a Discovery program and probation follow-up for new associates.
• Lead leadership and talent development activities such as management training, mentorship, cross-functional training, internships, and graduate initiatives.
• Interpret feedback from audits, guest satisfaction metrics, and engagement surveys to pinpoint development needs and implement improvements.
• Prepare and manage annual training strategies, monthly schedules, budgets, and documentation ensuring compliance and effective execution.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, crafting professional and engaging learning resources.
• Collaborative and relationship-oriented mindset, adept at working across teams to instill service excellence and continuous improvement.
