Role Overview
Bankjoy is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end hiring for technical, operational, and growth-focused positions. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and department leaders to clarify hiring needs, create sourcing plans, build strong pipelines, and guide candidates through the full process. The team is looking for someone who has recruited in fast-moving, high-growth technology environments and can consistently attract strong talent in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the entire recruitment process from defining the role and sourcing candidates to pipeline management, candidate communication, offer discussions, pre-boarding tasks, and background verification for both Canadian and US positions.
- Collaborate with leaders in engineering, product, marketing, and sales to understand hiring needs and shape sourcing approaches.
- Find talent proactively using tools and channels such as LinkedIn, professional communities, and other relevant sourcing sources.
- Deliver a strong candidate experience by keeping communication timely and feedback flowing throughout the hiring journey.
- Develop and maintain a diverse talent pipeline that supports both immediate hiring priorities and future growth.
- Work alongside leadership to support rapid hiring goals in a high-growth environment.
- Track recruiting data and share hiring progress updates with senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially across technical and growth-oriented roles.
- A strong history of hiring successfully in hyper-growth technology companies.
- Experience working in fast-moving, remote-first settings.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment approaches for engineering, product, marketing, and sales functions.
- Excellent communication, planning, and negotiation abilities.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
- Comfort managing several open positions at once and delivering on tight deadlines, with an average load of 5 to 15 active roles.
- Ashby experience is strongly preferred.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000, plus a 10% bonus and meaningful equity.
