Role Overview

As a Systems Engineer at Royal India Securitaus Limited, the incumbent will play a crucial role in managing and supporting IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation across servers, desktops, and peripheral devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for various hardware including servers, desktops, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment.
• Oversee system data management, allocation, and ongoing support to meet operational needs.
• Liaise effectively with vendors to coordinate Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and ensure compliance.
• Ensure regular maintenance and verification of data backups to prevent data loss.
• Diagnose and resolve network-related technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Serve as a first point of contact for user-level support queries and challenges.
• Manage help desk operations to streamline issue resolution and improve user satisfaction.

Additional Information

This position is based onsite in Kochi, Kerala, India, with a monthly salary range between 18,000 and 20,500 INR.
