Role Overview

The Supply Planner is responsible for the near-term execution of planned process orders and call-off purchase orders, collaborating closely with the Planning Hub to establish and maintain a detailed production schedule by day and shift. This role ensures appropriate finished goods and material inventory levels and supports Sales & Operations Planning by contributing to forecast and plan enhancements aligned with new product introductions. The Supply Planner also liaises between Operations and the Planning Hub to manage medium and long-term capacity planning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop weekly production schedules by shift and day using HeiCore Single Client, track and report any revisions
Maintain the accuracy and validity of planned process orders, monitor production adherence, and escalate risks to the Hub Planner
Schedule call-off purchase orders to meet material needs of production and escalate issues to material planning and category management
Coordinate with marketing and hub planners to update and maintain master data in HeiCore Single Client
Work with plant teams to optimize production schedules for manufacturing efficiency and plan for scheduled downtimes
Attend TPM and other plant meetings, serving as the primary contact for production planning execution
Facilitate communication and sharing of supply and demand information among stakeholders during the S&OP process
Analyze production and storage capacity data along with sales history to support planning objectives
Manage supply and ordering routines with Co-Manufacturers
Analyze and consolidate KPIs related to stock levels, stock loss, supplier and production service levels, and overall service levels
Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a bachelor's degree
Experience in demand planning, supply planning, or production planning
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and PowerBI
Working knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP system
Strong verbal and written communication skills capable of managing executive stakeholders
Understanding of Life Saving Rules and safe behavioral practices pertinent to operations
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally; effective team player within a Brewery environment

Reporting and Collaboration

Reports directly to the Director of Customer Service, Logistics and Planning
Collaborates internally with Production, Demand Planning, Marketing, Logistics, Finance and Procurement, and Planning Hub teams
Works externally with material suppliers and co-manufacturers
