Role Overview: Supply Chain Program Manager

This role is based at Venture's headquarters in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore. The Supply Chain Program Manager will act as a vital link between customers and Venture's manufacturing units, ensuring smooth execution from production forecast and order management through to product end-of-life phases. Responsibilities also include managing supply and demand plans, material inventory oversight, and timely issue resolution regarding order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with customers for production forecasts and orders alongside the factory program team to guarantee on-time delivery.
• Integrate supply and demand planning as the intermediary between clients and Venture factories.
• Monitor inventory levels and material risks, escalating issues to ensure order fulfillment commitments are met.
• Develop and implement metrics to analyze performance and inform strategic decision-making.
• Lead initiatives in Product Life Cycle Management ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
• Drive cost reduction efforts across the supply chain including supplier management and lean manufacturing processes.
• Establish quality metrics and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve quality issues promptly minimizing delivery impacts.
• Participate in pricing quotations and negotiation processes for products.
• Provide leadership and resolution for customer-related issues.

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related technical field from an accredited university.
• At least 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts such as forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics; experience with factory operations is advantageous.
• Good understanding of engineering or technical requirements.
• Proficient project management skills with ability to lead initiatives independently and effectively.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and team-building skills.
• Experience managing contract manufacturers.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
