Programs for 2026 are planned near major Australian universities including Macquarie University, University of Sydney, University of Technology Sydney (Sydney), University of Adelaide (Adelaide), University of Queensland (Brisbane), University of Melbourne (Melbourne), and University of Western Australia (Perth).
Role Overview
As a Study Tour Assistant, you will play an essential role supporting groups of international students throughout program activities. Your duties will involve assisting students with logistics during arrivals and departures, accompanying them on tours and workshops, sharing interesting local information, facilitating evening events, supporting Welcome Orientation, and helping with program finalization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate arrival and departure logistics for student groups.
- Accompany students on excursions and educational workshops.
- Provide engaging facts about local sites and attractions.
- Lead and facilitate evening activities.
- Support logistical arrangements for orientation sessions and program closing events.
- Assist with general operations related to running the program smoothly.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently a university or postgraduate student, or a recent graduate.
- Intermediate to advanced English communication skills sufficient for work environment use.
- Friendly, responsible, and enthusiastic about working with international students.
- Valid Australian work rights, including student visa, permanent residency, or citizenship.
Compensation
Remuneration details will be provided after initial contact and depend on program duration and responsibilities undertaken.

Program Schedule
