Job Responsibilities
- Cleanse, validate, and prepare datasets for analysis.
- Analyze and transform data utilizing Python and Pandas to structure information effectively.
- Assist in developing and automating data quality checks and controls.
- Document data flows and operational processes accurately.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Sociology, Data Science, Business Informatics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Initial experience working with Python and SQL from academic projects, internships, or personal initiatives.
- Basic understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, or databases is a plus, though advanced expertise is not required.
- Familiarity with concepts like full-time equivalent employees, shift allowance, or the gender pay gap.
- Curious mindset, meticulous handling of sensitive data, and enthusiasm to contribute in a growing startup environment.
- Fluent communication skills in German and proficient English abilities, as the team's working language is English.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues across research, IT, and account management teams.
