Serving premier research labs, AI startups, and enterprise teams, the company originated in Seoul and is rapidly expanding its presence in San Francisco with a focus on building the US Go-To-Market (GTM) team.
Role Overview
This Strategy and Operations position is a key individual contributor role forming the foundational operational support for the US GTM team. The role entails translating corporate and GTM strategic objectives into actionable plans backed by clear ownership, timelines, and budgets. You will steer planning cycles, analytics, and cross-functional initiatives that ensure alignment between marketing and sales units. Collaboration is central, working closely with US GTM leadership, Finance, and Korean headquarters, without direct management of teams but by facilitating progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual and quarterly planning for the US GTM team, converting company goals into concrete, owned, and budgeted plans.
- Manage revenue forecasting by aligning bottom-up pipeline data with top-down targets and identifying strategic gaps.
- Conduct market research and opportunity assessments to pinpoint winning market strategies in the US.
- Oversee complex, high-impact cross-organizational projects from inception to completion involving multiple departments.
- Collaborate with marketing on budgeting and spending aligned to priority activities.
- Establish operational rhythms in marketing, including planning, prioritization, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Develop analytics and dashboards to measure marketing effectiveness and guide leadership decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functional programs involving Marketing, Finance, Legal, Creative teams, and agencies to maintain workflow momentum.
- Define and track key marketing performance indicators such as customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, and conversion funnels.
- Assist in sales planning efforts including territory design, quota assignments, and capacity evaluation alongside Finance.
- Implement operational cadence for sales activities like forecasting, pipeline, and deal reviews.
- Create analytics and reports monitoring sales pipeline, bookings, win rates, sales cycles, and representative productivity.
- Manage cross-departmental programs linking Sales, Finance, Legal, and Partnerships to unblock deal progression.
- Identify and track sales metrics including pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and sales efficiency.
- Work jointly with Finance on budget management, expenditure tracking, unit economics analysis, and profit and loss reporting.
- Support GTM leadership and Finance with resource allocation, headcount planning, and collaborate with HR on recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Proactively identify operational obstacles and resolve them to accelerate team efficiency and focus.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or infrastructure environment, or equivalent time in top-tier consulting.
- Has 3 to 7 years background in analytics-driven roles such as investment banking, management consulting, or strategy and operations.
- Skilled at converting uncertainty into structured, data-driven plans including revenue and staffing models, market sizing, and executive-level analysis.
- Exemplary project management skills with a track record of steering multifaceted initiatives and influencing senior leaders collaboratively.
- Proficient in analytics tools including advanced Excel/Sheets modeling, knowledgeable in SQL or Business Intelligence dashboards, and capable of implementing AI-enabled automation tools.
- Experienced working across multiple functions including marketing, sales, finance, and people operations.
- Must be based onsite in San Francisco. Additional advantage if familiar with AI, cloud technologies, infrastructure, or compute economics.

- Annual base salary ranging from $150,000 to $200,000, complemented with equity options.
