About the Role
This position is tailored for seasoned management consulting professionals eager to contribute to innovative AI research and evaluation initiatives. The primary focus is on assessing the performance of AI systems in executing authentic consulting tasks rather than delivering conventional client outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create specific, task-centered evaluation standards for consulting deliverables such as market research, strategic advice, financial analyses, client presentations, and implementation plans.
- Review and rate both AI-produced and human-developed samples based on these criteria.
- Document comprehensive written explanations that justify each assessment and score provided.
- Use consistent, evidence-driven professional judgment ensuring evaluations are reliable and justifiable.
- Analyze consulting outputs for thoroughness, strategic value, precision, organization, and client suitability.
- Incorporate feedback from senior reviewers to enhance evaluation accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in professional management consulting roles.
- Background in prestigious strategy or management firms, such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or comparable entities.
- Advanced skills in structured problem solving, market sizing, financial modeling, business case development, and executive communication.
- Capability to critically assess strategy proposals, quantitative data, and professional presentations.
- Excellent written communication skills for articulating evaluation rationale.
- Meticulous attention to detail, analytical thoroughness, and steadfast professional judgment.
- Adaptability to receive and integrate structured feedback to align evaluations with set standards.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with examining or assessing consulting deliverables.
- Experience mentoring junior consultants or reviewing analyst-level work.
- Prior involvement in AI training, model assessment, or data-related human projects.
- Exposure across diverse sectors, business functions, or strategic challenges.
Compensation and Engagement
- Competitive pay ranging between $150 and $220 per hour.
- Payments processed weekly.
- Contractual engagement as an independent contractor.
