Role Overview

This position offers the unique chance to influence areas such as new product creation, enhancing customer experience, operational enhancements, and franchise expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute strategic projects from initial concept through to full implementation across the organization.
• Champion innovation efforts including developing new products and improving customer offerings.
• Lead operational and commercial enhancement projects impacting both company-owned and franchised locations.
• Formulate detailed project plans, business cases, and step-by-step implementation strategies.
• Track project metrics, key performance indicators, and financial outcomes.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities, providing insight to guide informed decision-making.
• Engage and collaborate effectively with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Franchise teams.
• Provide senior leadership with regular project reports and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least five years of proven experience managing strategic, commercial, or business improvement initiatives.
• Background in hospitality, foodservice, retail, franchising, or consumer-facing sectors is essential.
• Strong commercial insight and business acumen.
• Skills in juggling multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Able to work proficiently at both the strategic planning and operational levels.
• Robust problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Experience with new product development, operational improvement, or franchise projects is a plus.

Salary and Benefits

Annual salary ranges from £60,000 to £70,000 depending on experience, with additional bonus opportunities and benefits included.
