Overview

We are currently seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our team in Horsley Park as Storepersons. At DHL, we strive to exceed customer expectations through seamless warehouse operations. In this fast-paced role, you will be pivotal in efficiently handling various warehouse functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately processing incoming and outgoing orders to maintain operational flow.
• Systematically storing goods in designated locations to ensure organization and easy retrieval.
• Regularly replenishing stock to maintain availability and smooth warehouse operations.
• Utilizing handheld electronic devices like RF scanners for order fulfillment and inventory control.
• Operating the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to generate labels and confirm data accuracy.
• Assisting with stocktakes to keep inventory records precise and updated.
• Staying vigilant of safety hazards and actively contributing to a safe workplace environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience operating within a high-volume warehouse environment.
• Possession of a forklift licence is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in picking, packing, inspecting, and dispatching orders.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanner use.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting with strong customer service orientation.
• Understanding of inventory management principles.
