Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service consistently.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages that meet precise customer preferences efficiently and safely.
• Coach and mentor team members to effectively prioritize tasks and excel in their roles.
• Manage inventory by ordering, merchandising, rotating, and ensuring product availability.
• Maintain cleanliness in store areas, including the kitchen and dining spaces.

Qualifications

• Capability to multitask and perform physical activities including repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 20 pounds; supporting coworkers to lift weights up to 40 pounds.
• Minimum age of 18 years; however, Virginia state laws require supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks.

Additional Information

Earn an additional $1.50 per hour for shifts between 10 PM and 6 AM.
