Store Manager

Overview

As a Store Manager at the retail brand ZARA in Delhi, you will lead operations in one of our stores, ensuring excellent customer service, product management, team leadership, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and anticipating customer needs, maintaining an active presence at points of sale, and managing complaints and returns effectively.
• Oversee product control in-store to achieve sales targets set by management, provide accurate product information, coordinate ordering, assist with merchandise receipt, and optimize stock levels.
• Maintain the store’s visual standards by ensuring team and store image quality, applying merchandise guidelines, and supervising cleanliness and maintenance.
• Manage staff through recruitment, training, development, and organization of the store team, selecting the best candidates, aiding in their integration, and managing internal personnel budgets.
• Protect store assets by organizing inventory control, minimizing waste in alignment with company objectives, and ensuring compliance with cash register usage and administrative protocols.
