Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a professional retail team to meet company goals and improve individual performance consistently.
• Work closely with training departments to build a gold-standard team.
• Set weekly and monthly targets for your team to achieve.
• Ensure all employees maintain a professional appearance adhering to company guidelines, and deliver the highest level of customer service focused on maximizing sales and personalizing the customer experience.
• Recruit highly qualified professionals and elevate team standards by leveraging market networks to attract top talent.
• Manage the store's Profit and Loss reports along with budgets including salaries, expenses, and inventory.
• Maintain proper and attractive merchandise displays in accordance with visual merchandising standards.
• Guarantee all store operations meet company standards consistently.
• Collaborate with store support functions to maximize effective use of company resources.
• Coordinate with Human Resources to uphold company policies, procedures, and development plans for the team.

Candidate Profile

• Outstanding customer service and clienteling expertise.
• At least five years' experience managing high-traffic stores with teams of over 50 employees or multiple store locations.
• Strong leadership capable of coaching and motivating staff effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
