Role Overview

The Store Manager position at Dodees is a full-time role based on-site in Narre Warren, Victoria. This role requires overseeing day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing routines, scheduling staff, and ensuring the store’s appearance and hygiene meet company standards. The manager leads and coaches team members, promotes excellent customer service, and addresses customer issues swiftly and professionally. Responsibilities also include monitoring sales figures, managing inventory and stock levels, and enforcing retail loss prevention strategies to safeguard assets. The role handles cash management, supports promotional efforts, and ensures adherence to company policies and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements
