Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager

Role Overview

You will lead efforts to drive sales growth and maximize profitability by effectively managing store operations, team performance, customer service, CRM initiatives, and aligning with company policies.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store functions ensuring adherence to brand standards and sustaining a premium brand image.
• Guide your team by establishing clear goals and priorities to consistently meet boutique sales targets and exceed customer satisfaction expectations.
• Meet or surpass sales objectives and key performance indicators allocated to the store.
• Work alongside your team to attract new Very Important Customers (VIC) and deploy CRM tactics to foster strong client retention.
• Maintain ideal inventory levels and ensure the merchandise mix in the store is well-curated.
• Provide coaching and mentorship, exemplifying leadership to boost overall team productivity.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting a culture of retail excellence across your team.
• Compile and submit detailed monthly reports reflecting store performance metrics.
• Collaborate with visual merchandising experts to preserve an outstanding store presentation.

Candidate Qualifications

• Between 8 to 10 years of retail experience, with a minimum of 4 years in supervisory roles within stores.
• Experience working with luxury brands and a strong clientele portfolio is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional customer service skills paired with a passion for high-end fashion.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and expertise in managing teams effectively.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and enhancing profit margins.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer-centric mindset.
• Positive, self-driven, mature, and a collaborator who thrives in team environments.
• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is required.
