Store Keeper

Role Overview

This full-time, on-site role in Kano State is for a Store Keeper who will oversee daily store activities, maintain inventory accuracy, and help keep stock flowing smoothly across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept incoming deliveries and check them carefully for accuracy and condition.
• Arrange stock properly and store items in an organized and suitable manner.
• Distribute items to staff while keeping clear and accurate issue records.
• Perform routine stock counts and flag any shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintain a store area that is clean, orderly, and safe to work in.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to reduce the risk of stock shortages.

Requirements

• OND qualification or equivalent is the minimum educational requirement.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory-related work.
• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for record management.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Must be honest, hardworking, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to lift and move stock when needed.
