About the Role

Join Levi Strauss & Co. as a Stock Operator and become an essential link between the stockroom and sales floor. This role offers a dynamic environment where innovation and adaptability are valued. Working closely with the Stock and Store Managers, you will significantly contribute to stockroom operations and enhance customer shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze store sales and key performance indicators alongside the Store Manager to uncover new sales opportunities.
• Efficiently and accurately replenish merchandise daily.
• Educate store team members on stock management protocols and standards.
• Ensure products are well-organized, properly tagged, and attractively displayed both on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Maintain a tidy, orderly stockroom environment.
• Support sales floor activities to assist the team as needed.

Candidate Profile

• A passion for the Levi Strauss & Co. brand and alignment with its values.
• Prior experience in stock operations.
• Strategic thinker capable of working flexibly and leading change.
• Adaptable to fast-changing store operational needs.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
• Effective working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and timely execution.
