Role Overview

This role centers on efficiently managing stock operations and ensuring a seamless interaction between inventory and customer service to maintain our high standards.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound merchandise by unpacking shipments, following delivery protocols, and meticulously organizing stockroom storage to maximize space and accessibility.
  • Maintain constant liaison with the supply manager at headquarters to update inventory statuses and communicate with the sales team regarding product availability and surplus stock.
  • Coordinate closely with sales personnel to facilitate stockroom transfers and ensure requested products are promptly available to customers.
  • Organize and oversee product transfers between store locations while promoting intra-team communication to support collective success.
  • Assist in conducting inventory counts and audits, investigating variances, and tracking down misplaced items utilizing company inventory tools.
