Job Responsibilities
The Steward will be tasked with ensuring consistent, excellent customer service by maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in kitchen and stewarding areas. Responsibilities include washing dishes, cleaning kitchen tools and equipment, and restocking supplies to support smooth kitchen operations.
Required Qualifications
- Fundamental understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation regulations
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience as a Steward within a hotel or restaurant setting known for high standards
- Demonstrated keen attention to detail, reliability, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
