Role Overview

We are seeking a Spa Concierge to join our Spa team. This role involves providing comprehensive support across all spa and wellness facilities, ensuring the utmost guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations across spa reception, salon & barber reception, spa retail, boutique, consultation lounges, spa suites arrivals, thermal and changing facilities, tea lounges, fitness and wellness areas.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards in spa zones including changing rooms, toilets, showers, relaxation areas, fitness zones, spa suites, and pool, adhering to Safe, Sound and Sustainability guidelines.
• Support therapists by preparing treatment areas before sessions and clearing afterward.
• Manage locker supplies by ensuring availability of clean linen and prompt removal of soiled linen.
• Coordinate appointment bookings efficiently to maximize utilization and profitability while prioritizing guest needs.
• Collaborate effectively with all spa and hotel colleagues as a team player.
• Perform designated opening and closing procedures reliably.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of SpaSoft software, treatments, services, and retail products offered within the Spa & Wellness division.
• Exhibit professional telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times including punctuality, appearance, and conduct.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a service-oriented environment is mandatory.
• Preference for candidates with hotel school education.
• Must hold at least a Senior School qualification or equivalent.
• Prior exposure to a 5-star hotel environment will be advantageous.
• Experience working in the Middle East region is considered a plus.
• Strong computer skills are essential.
