About the Role

Singapore Medical Group is seeking experienced Sonographers to join their healthcare team, offering opportunities on both part-time and full-time bases. The role is focused on delivering diagnostic ultrasound services within a patient-centric health screening environment in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct general ultrasound examinations with precision and care.
• Prepare patients appropriately, ensuring correct positioning before imaging procedures.
• Produce superior quality diagnostic images suitable for medical analysis.
• Maintain thorough and punctual records of scan results and observations.
• Adhere strictly to clinical guidelines, safety protocols, and regulatory standards throughout all procedures.
• Oversee ultrasound equipment upkeep and report any malfunctions promptly.
• Deliver professional services with a focus on patient comfort and experience in a screening setting.

Requirements

• Holds a recognized qualification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or an equivalent credential.
• Possesses relevant clinical ultrasound imaging experience, with preference for health screening background.
• Accredited by the Allied Health Professions Council or meets eligibility for registration.
• Capable of independently performing a variety of general ultrasound scans.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills enabling effective patient interaction.
• Ability to work autonomously within a dynamic and fast-paced screening environment.
