Solution Architect - Dynamics 365 Business Central

As we expand our Business Central team, this role offers a critical opportunity to lead strategic engagements, influence key business decisions, and design innovative solutions that deliver value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, high-level Business Central (BC) proposals for both enterprise and mid-market customers.
• Drive strategic customer engagements that align Microsoft technology with tangible business outcomes.
• Develop compelling, commercially sound value propositions that secure stakeholder buy-in across organisations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and presentations with both technical and business stakeholders to identify needs and success criteria.
• Design comprehensive end-to-end BC solutions covering Finance, Inventory, Projects, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Reporting, tailored to customer environments.
• Architect scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions using Microsoft best practices, integrating with Azure, Power Platform, and Copilot as appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Architecture, and Delivery teams to maintain alignment between strategy and execution.
• Embed AI, automation, and data-driven innovations—including Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform—to enhance efficiency and customer value.
• Create and maintain reusable assets such as frameworks, templates, and accelerators to streamline and standardise engagements.
• Identify and support upselling, cross-selling, and service expansion opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem, contributing to Fusion5’s evolving BC offerings.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in solution strategy or architecture specific to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• In-depth functional expertise across Business Central modules: Finance, Inventory, Projects, Warehousing/Distribution, Manufacturing, and Reporting.
• Proven track record in full solution lifecycle management from discovery through design to executive proposal presentations.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Azure, Power Platform, Copilot, and integration tools to enhance BC solutions.
• Commercial acumen with experience in crafting RFP/RFI responses, business cases, pricing strategies, and deal shaping.
• Exceptional ability to engage and influence senior and C-level stakeholders by translating complex technical details into clear business value.
• Excellent communication and storytelling talents adaptable to technical and executive audiences alike.
