Solution Architect

Position Overview

We seek a knowledgeable Solution Architect skilled in Workday Learning to guide the comprehensive design and execution of related solutions. This role demands a professional with a solid background in Workday architecture, including integration, security configurations, and managing stakeholder relationships. Facilitation of workshops will also be part of the responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Lead the complete solution design and deployment process for Workday Learning.
• Manage Workday integrations and ensure high-level security standards are met.
• Engage and coordinate effectively with stakeholders throughout projects.
• Conduct workshops facilitating knowledge sharing and solution alignment.
• Experience with Performance Management Systems, Peakon, LinkedIn Learning, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook integrations is advantageous.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 7 years and up to 12 years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in Workday HCM and security aspects.
• Exceptional skills in handling integrations within the Workday ecosystem.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Should be a graduate or hold an equivalent degree.

Additional Information

• Location: Bangalore.
• Employment type: Contractual position with a hybrid working model.
• Salary range: INR 1,500,000 to INR 2,250,000 per year.
