Job Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and carry out both manual and automated functional and integration testing to guarantee high-quality software deliverables.
• Detect, record, and manage defects and opportunities for improvement, collaborating closely with developers to address issues.
• Lead continuous enhancement efforts by conducting peer reviews, gathering feedback, and analyzing quality metrics.
• Create, track, and examine testing and code quality measurements to boost software dependability.
• Act as a technical authority on software quality, mentoring team members, sharing expertise, and providing training and technical guidance.
• Assume technical leadership by taking responsibility for critical quality projects, supporting technical decisions, and ensuring uninterrupted testing activities as necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in automated functional testing and API integration testing.
• Familiarity with manual testing and foundational knowledge of API performance and stress testing.
• Proficient with Node.js.
• Experience collaborating in team environments, with capabilities to mentor, coach, and lead technically.
• A proactive and analytical attitude focused on continuous progress.
• Advanced to fluent English proficiency for effective communication with global stakeholders and technical documentation handling.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Playwright for test automation.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools like k6.
• Background supporting digital transformation or working within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Experience establishing or enhancing quality assurance standards in Agile software teams.
