Key Responsibilities

• Develop features that empower post-Sales teams, like Customer Support and Customer Success, to improve operational efficiency through AI.
• Create prototypes independently, iterate rapidly, and deliver products swiftly.
• Exercise high autonomy by managing projects end to end and overseeing your own tasks.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers in a cooperative and agile environment.
• Work alongside a highly skilled technical team comprising senior engineers from companies such as Samsara, Affinity, Airbnb, and Meta.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, with availability to start full-time in Summer 2027.
• Prior internship experience or side projects demonstrating strong full-stack development skills.
• A growth-oriented mindset that embraces continuous improvement and feedback.
• Residing in San Francisco or willing to relocate, with enthusiasm for working on-site and commitment to fostering an engaging company culture.
• Bonus qualifications: Experience interning at fast-growing startups and adaptability in ambiguous situations.
• Proficient use of AI tools to enhance software development productivity and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Familiarity with Pylon's technology stack, including React, Golang, GraphQL, and AWS.

The salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $180,000 annually. Compensation specifics may vary based on qualifications and experience. Employees are eligible for stock options and a comprehensive benefits package.
