Role Overview

The Trading Mitra is seeking a dedicated full-time Social Media Manager based in Nagpur to lead and expand its social media footprint. This role requires overseeing the creation and execution of social media content schedules, managing postings, and engaging with the audience by promptly and professionally handling comments and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media content calendars across platforms.
• Create, publish, and manage social media posts and audience interactions.
• Collaborate with content and education teams to transform financial and market insights into engaging and platform-tailored content.
• Analyze social media performance data, optimize content and campaigns to enhance reach and engagement.
• Work closely with designers and content creators to maintain consistent messaging.
• Stay informed about emerging social media trends and best practices.
• Support initiatives for brand awareness and community engagement.
• Provide regular reports on social media metrics and campaign performance to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in social media marketing and optimization techniques for multiple platforms.
• Strong content strategy development aligned with brand objectives and target audience.
• Excellent writing abilities for crafting clear, engaging, and accurate social media posts and captions.
• Good communication skills for interacting with online communities and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of finance, investment, and stock market concepts or a strong willingness to learn swiftly.
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools to monitor and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or related disciplines, or comparable professional experience.
• Capability to work on-site in Nagpur with multitasking and deadline management skills in a dynamic environment.

Compensation and Location

The salary range for this position is INR 250000 to INR 360000 per year. This role is based at the Nagpur office, requiring on-site presence.
