Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Social Media Content Creator to work full-time at our Tirana office. This position involves managing and expanding the company’s social media profiles by crafting and publishing captivating content that reflects our brand values and supports our project goals. You will be instrumental in driving social media campaigns, analyzing their effectiveness, and refining strategies based on data insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and update the company's social media accounts on all relevant platforms.
• Strategically plan, schedule, and publish content that advances marketing goals and increases brand recognition.
• Maintain uniformity of brand messaging and visuals across social media channels.
• Create and manage content calendars to facilitate campaigns, promotions, and other business activities.
• Monitor online mentions and conversations to safeguard and boost the company’s reputation.
• Implement social media campaigns to highlight construction projects, company offerings, industry events, and related marketing actions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to produce and share social media content.
• Analyze social media metrics including engagement, reach, audience growth, and conversions, and prepare reports on these insights.
• Partner closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overarching business and marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and content creation, with experience managing brand profiles and executing campaigns.
• Solid understanding of Digital Marketing principles including audience segmentation, branding, and campaign execution.
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and LinkedIn analytics to monitor and enhance performance.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to deadlines while managing multiple platforms in a fast-paced onsite environment.
• Experience in sectors like construction, real estate, or architecture is advantageous but not mandatory.
