About Novabook
Novabook is an AI-driven startup dedicated to automating Finance and Accounting processes. The founders have successfully scaled a previous tech startup to 40 team members and 13 million users, secured multiple rounds of funding, and completed a successful acquisition in 2022. Their goal with Novabook is to help businesses overcome challenges commonly encountered during due diligence.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and original Social Media Content Creator to join our team full-time in our London office, working five days each week. There are no specific qualifications or experience requirements; candidates will be evaluated solely based on the quality and impact of their creative output. The key platforms for content creation include YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram, but support on X (formerly Twitter) and LinkedIn will also be needed to maintain our presence across all major social channels.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Create original and engaging social media content using existing written materials provided by the company founder, experimenting freely to maximize performance.
- Focus on achieving the highest possible engagement and reach on target platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a consistent and strong social media presence across multiple channels.
- Submit creative work proactively to be used and tested on the company’s social media accounts.
Application Process and Legal Terms
Applicants are encouraged to submit their best creative samples through the designated platform. By submitting work, candidates agree to grant Novabook rights to use and own the intellectual property of the submitted content. This meritocratic approach aims to identify the individual who can produce the highest performing social media content.
Compensation
Salary expectations are flexible but typically range from £28,000 to £35,000 annually.
