Social Media & Content Assistant

Overview

Lola's is seeking a Social Media & Content Assistant to join their marketing team based in Park Royal, London. This role generally requires four days working onsite with Fridays from home, involving travel to stores and shoot locations. The position offers a salary ranging from £20,000 to £25,000 depending on experience.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist with content creation by participating in shoots across bakeries, stores, offices, and other locations.
• Create engaging social media content tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and various other platforms.
• Edit short-form videos using software like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
• Research current trends, viral content formats, and social conversations to fuel creative ideas.
• Contribute innovative concepts during weekly content planning meetings.
• Organize shoot logistics including preparing products, props, and shot lists.
• Compose compelling social media captions and copy.
• Support the scheduling and publishing of posts across social media channels.
• Assist in community management by responding to messages and comments.
• Help coordinate influencer gifting and collaborative content efforts as necessary.
• Maintain an up-to-date content calendar with organized scheduling.
• Propose new content ideas and be open to experimenting with different formats.
