Social Media Comment Moderator

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Comment Moderator to oversee and manage user comments on platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. This position focuses solely on comment moderation without involvement in content creation or social media strategy formulation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Regularly review new comments posted throughout the day.
• Remove or conceal comments that are negative, abusive, spammy, or inappropriate.
• Utilize approved response templates to address basic customer inquiries.
• Escalate matters concerning product claims, order problems, refund demands, and customer complaints to the designated support team.
• Maintain a clean, professional comment environment across all platforms.
• Occasionally monitor inbox messages on Facebook and Instagram when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience moderating brand-related comments on social media.
• Practical knowledge of TikTok, YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, and Facebook's moderation tools.
• Proficiency in written English communication.
• Ability to discern which comments require deletion, reply, or escalation.
• Dependability and commitment to consistently monitoring comments during the day.
