Social Media Assistant

About the Position

Super Hire is recruiting on behalf of a client for a Social Media Assistant based in Singapore with fully remote work options. This role is designed for a creative individual who enjoys coordinating content, engaging with online communities, and supporting digital marketing efforts. Working alongside the marketing team, the assistant will help implement social media campaigns, uphold brand consistency, and foster audience growth across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and publish posts on social media channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter).
• Contribute to the development and coordination of compelling social media content including captions, graphics, and short videos.
• Monitor social media interactions and promptly respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.
• Analyze campaign performance through platform analytics tools and prepare periodic reports.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and new social media practices.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visuals across social channels.
• Partner with internal teams to assist with marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
• Organize digital content assets and manage editorial calendars.
• Perform additional marketing and admin tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor27s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related disciplines is favored.
• Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, content coordination, or administrative roles is advantageous.
• Keen understanding of major social platforms and experience using scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with graphic design software like Canva or Adobe Express is a plus.
• Basic insight into social media analytics and metrics is beneficial.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong organizational aptitude to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Capability to work independently from a remote location while collaborating with a distributed team.
• Legal work authorization in Singapore is required.
