Siting Team Member

Position Overview

Join Haven as a Siting Team Member, responsible for the precise placement, setup, and preparation of caravans at our holiday park in Bognor Regis. This role involves hands-on work with positioning caravans, ensuring each unit is guest-ready for an exceptional stay experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport and site caravans carefully in accordance with safety standards, park regulations, and site plans.
• Level, connect utilities, and secure caravans while preparing them for guest use.
• Assist with relocating or removing caravans when required.
• Perform basic maintenance, including cleaning exteriors and minor repairs.
• Inspect caravans for potential safety or operational issues and report them to the maintenance team.
• Collaborate closely with the broader facilities team to ensure smooth, top-quality service across the park.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous hands-on experience in caravan siting or related roles such as in construction, general labor, or maintenance.
• A full, valid driving license suitable for tractors, gators, or similar agricultural machinery.
• Competency with siting equipment and hand tools, ensuring safe and efficient use.
• Strong commitment to safety procedures and workplace compliance.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.

Compensation and Employment Type

This position may be full-time, part-time, or seasonal with pay rates up to £12.71 per hour depending on age.
