Site Supervisor

Job Overview

We seek a seasoned Site Supervisor to manage and oversee installation projects involving aluminium doors, windows, curtain walls, and related façade elements at various project locations.

Primary Duties

• Lead the installation of aluminium doors, windows, partitions, curtain wall systems, and glazing on-site.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and project managers to streamline project execution.
• Supervise and coordinate site contractors, installation teams, and labor forces to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Guarantee high-quality workmanship with correct finishes, strictly following project specifications.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all relevant safety standards on-site.
• Organize daily work plans and allocate manpower efficiently.
• Manage measurements, material planning, site estimation, and generate progress reports.
• Coordinate timely material deliveries and promptly address any site-related issues.
• Monitor project timelines closely to achieve on-time completion.
• Maintain accurate records including documentation, measurements, and work logs.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate or diploma holder in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields is preferred.
• Possesses 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with aluminium doors, windows, façade, glazing, or comparable construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of installation techniques, site operations, and finishing quality.
• Ability to interpret architectural and fabrication drawings.
• Proven leadership and managerial skills for handling labor and coordinating multiple contractors.
• Comprehensive understanding of site safety procedures.
• Competence in Microsoft Office and preferably some knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
