About the Role
Deliveroo Editions, the pioneering platform of delivery-only kitchens, is looking for a Site Associate to join our Brighton site. Our Editions operation partners with prominent brands, including Wagamama, Starbucks, and Pho, connecting them to a wider customer base through innovative service. Site Associates play a crucial part in ensuring smooth site operations and upholding high standards of cleanliness and efficiency, directly supporting the customer experience through teamwork and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to site management and collaborating closely with the team.
- Maintaining pristine conditions throughout the entire facility, performing frequent cleaning and scheduled deep cleans of all on-site equipment.
- Ensuring communal spaces such as the staff room, restrooms, and storage areas meet health and safety standards at all times.
- Conducting regular site inspections in partnership with management to guarantee safety and orderliness.
- Helping with dispatch operations, including transferring orders from partner kitchens to the dispatch area, facilitating communication with delivery riders, and assisting with order processing.
- Supporting partner restaurants by keeping kitchen tools and equipment clean and available for use throughout each shift, handling pot washing duties as required.
