Role Overview

Join our team as a Shipper responsible for the secure handling, storage, inventory oversight, and transportation of semiconductor components. You'll ensure compliance with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) guidelines and environmental controls while supporting precise inventory management and timely delivery of materials. Coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including commodity management, sales, purchasing, and quality teams, will be a key aspect of your position.

Key Duties

• Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and ship semiconductor items following company protocols.
• Adhere to ESD-safe procedures through proper grounding, packaging, and workstation methods.
• Maintain cleanliness and necessary environmental standards for sensitive electronic parts.
• Carry out inventory transactions, cycle counting, and reconciliation to uphold stock accuracy.
• Prepare shipping documents and work closely with outbound logistics.
• Comprehend shipping instructions from sales and fulfill customer packing specifications.
• Ensure conformity to quality guidelines, safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.
• Report inventory irregularities, damaged goods, or suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to meet operational goals.
• Keep accurate documentation and photographic evidence for records.
• Support the Warehouse Manager with any additional tasks as required.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics roles, preferably in semiconductor or shipping sectors.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, during peak periods.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational ability, and dedication to quality and safety.
• Capacity to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with business productivity tools like Outlook, Microsoft Office 365, and related software.
