Job Overview

We are seeking a Shift Manager or Shift Associate to oversee store operations at our locations in Swaroop Nagar and Saket Nagar. The primary focus is to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, enhance sales through high standards in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and execute daily store operations to maintain efficiency and promote sales growth.
• Manage customer-related issues such as complaints and grievances promptly and professionally.
• Guide and assist customers by welcoming them and recommending suitable products.
• Maintain precise and accurate records of inventory including materials received, issued, and store receipts based on daily requirements.
