Key Responsibilities

• Support the Operating Partner and General Manager in daily operations ensuring smooth and safe site functioning.
• Create a positive work environment for team members and customers by leading with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Manage fast-paced, customer-facing operational duties with a priority on membership sales and customer interaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on-site.

Candidate Expectations

• Provide friendly, welcoming customer service consistently with a positive attitude.
• Collaborate effectively with team members while adhering to established operational processes.
• Keen to develop skills in safety, mechanical maintenance, and customer relations.
• Maintain a professional appearance aligned with company standards.
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 pounds and operate electronic devices.
• Possess basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to work quickly with urgency.
• Demonstrate strong leadership by example, problem-solving, and motivating the team.
• Sales experience is advantageous.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification as a minimum educational requirement.
• Minimum of three years’ supervisory experience in roles such as shift lead, team lead, or crew trainer.
• Background in customer service, operations, or team-centered work environments.
• Direct experience selling to customers beneficial.
