Role overview

The Services Lead supports multiple departments on the sales floor at a Sephora store location. This role may cover Skincare, Sephora Collection, Fragrance, or a mix of these areas. Key responsibilities

  • Coach Beauty Advisors to follow Sephora's selling process and stay aligned with the department's sales goals and business opportunities.

  • Partner with the Operations team to ensure merchandising, store visuals, and any campaign updates are executed to the required standard.
  • Maintain a polished sales floor presentation and ensure launches, animations, and visual changes are completed as needed.
  • Act as Manager on Duty when required and engage actively with clients and team members on the shop floor.
  • Use awareness of sales trends and business needs to support zoning and staffing decisions that improve client service.
  • Take part in hiring interviews for the World team when needed.

Experience and qualifications
