About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 4 to 15 years of industry experience to join our team. This role involves working with key ITSM modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, and Service Catalog. The position is located in Chennai, Pune, and Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain various ServiceNow artifacts including Inbound Actions, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, UI Actions, Import Sets, Transform Maps, Notifications, and Script Includes.
- Utilize Flow Designer and Workflow tools to automate business processes.
- Follow Agile development methodologies for project delivery and collaboration.
- Conduct root cause analysis to support production issues effectively.
- Leverage scripting skills extensively to customize and enhance ServiceNow applications.
Candidate Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
- Proficiency in scripting and developing customizations using ServiceNow scripting techniques.
- Familiarity with integration methods including SOAP and REST APIs.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills for root cause analysis and resolution of production issues.
- Any graduate degree qualification.
