Service Advisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our CUPRA Dealership located in Coventry. The role involves working Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00, with additional Saturdays on a rotational basis. The position offers a basic salary of up to £34,000 plus a monthly bonus, bringing the overall target earnings (OTE) to £36,000.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Schedule customer vehicle appointments for maintenance and repairs and coordinate with the workshop team to plan workload effectively.
• Welcome customers upon arrival and ensure a smooth process throughout their service experience, including vehicle drop-off and handover.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles, authorize extra work when needed, and conduct follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with the Workshop, Parts, and Sales departments to guarantee timely readiness of customers' vehicles.

Candidate Profile

• A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building rapport quickly with clients.
• Professional appearance combined with a motivated mindset and a positive attitude towards success.
• Prior experience in customer service roles, preferably with targets related to customer satisfaction and sales achievements.
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities; familiarity with dealer management systems is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience in the motor trade, automotive industry, or car dealership environment is favored, though comprehensive training will be provided.
