About the Role

OutreachSpot IT Solutions is seeking a dedicated SEO Executive & Content Writer with a minimum of 1 year professional experience. The candidate will be responsible for creating SEO-optimized content while implementing effective SEO strategies to enhance organic traffic and boost website authority. This role is based at the NXONE Project in Greater Noida (West), requiring onsite presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop original, high-quality SEO-compliant content for various digital platforms such as blogs, websites, guest posts, press releases, and landing pages.
Conduct thorough keyword research aligned with search intent and business objectives to optimize content.
Apply best SEO practices including meta titles, descriptions, structured headings, schema markup, and internal linking for content optimization.
Implement comprehensive On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO tactics.
Generate authoritative backlinks through guest posting, digital public relations, and outreach initiatives.
Track website analytics and SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Perform competitor benchmarking to identify content gaps and opportunities.
Update and refresh existing content to improve search engine ranking and relevancy.
Optimize content for emerging AI-driven search technologies including Google AI Overviews, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and marketing teams to execute integrated SEO campaigns.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Google algorithm updates and evolving AI search trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

At least 1 year experience in SEO and content creation.
Proficient written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong expertise in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, keyword research, internal linking, and link building.
Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics (including GA4), Ahrefs, Semrush preferred, and WordPress CMS.
Familiarity with AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity.
Excellent research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Versatile writing skillset supporting diverse sectors like Technology, SaaS, Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Finance, and AI.

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of EEAT principles, Entity SEO, AEO, and GEO methodologies.
Experience in guest posting and digital PR.
Basic proficiency in HTML and WordPress management.
Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.
