Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Tele Caller to join our immigration office located in Jalandhar, Punjab. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries related to immigration services, managing client follow-ups, and scheduling appointments while maintaining accurate customer records.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer calls.
• Provide clear explanations about various immigration services offered.
• Follow up with prospective clients and arrange appointments accordingly.
• Ensure accurate and updated maintenance of all customer information and records.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
• Basic proficiency in computer usage is preferred to manage records and scheduling.

Additional Details

• Location: Jalandhar, Punjab, India.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Compensation: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
