Role Overview
This role is offered on behalf of a partner company responsible for application processing and subsequent steps. The Senior Talent Partner position is based in Canada and is integral to building top-tier teams by spearheading complex recruitment operations and working closely with leadership.
The focus is on sourcing outstanding candidates for senior roles in creative, project management, and strategic functions within a rapidly expanding remote organization.
Key Accountabilities
- Handle multiple concurrent openings, particularly for senior and strategic positions across creative, project management, and user-generated content areas.
- Manage the complete hiring lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, candidate review, aligning stakeholders, and managing offers.
- Establish solid partnerships with senior hiring managers and executive teams, serving as a trusted advisor throughout recruitment.
- Independently lead offer negotiations, including for senior individual contributor and team leadership roles.
- Advise on candidate seniority, leveling, and fit aligned with business goals and role specifics.
- Enhance recruitment methodologies, processes, and frameworks to support organizational growth.
- Coach and mentor junior recruitment staff by sharing industry best practices and fostering their skill development.
- Ensure uniform hiring standards and promote exceptional candidate experiences.
- Collaborate on talent operations initiatives to boost recruitment workflow efficiency and scalability.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in sectors such as marketing agencies, creative services, remote-first tech companies, or similarly fast-moving environments.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting senior individual contributors and newly appointed managers.
- Comprehensive understanding of talent assessment and recognizing traits that distinguish top performers.
- Capability to constructively question hiring decisions and offer strategic advice to senior stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate trust with leadership teams.
- Experienced in independently managing full-cycle recruitment processes with meticulous attention to detail.
- Passionate about developing others through mentoring and supporting recruitment team growth.
- Highly organized and adaptable in managing shifting priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
