Senior Stock Controller

About the Role

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Senior Stock Controller based in Dublin to oversee stock management and operational excellence in store. The primary focus for this position is coaching and leading teams to maximize productivity while maintaining exceptional standards aligned with the Louis Vuitton brand. The Senior Stock Controller ensures efficient back-of-house operations, supporting store teams to dedicate more time to client engagement and fulfill the Louis Vuitton Promise.

The position involves managing stock inventory with precision, optimizing stock room organization including product and packaging, and efficiently handling delivery and replenishment operations. Ensuring availability of the right products on the sales floor to enhance store performance and client satisfaction is paramount. Additional responsibilities include liaising with the supply chain to handle client-driven product requests.

Administrative tasks include overseeing vendor contracts and monitoring the maintenance of the store. After sales service also forms part of this role, engaging with clients to deliver top-tier repair management, quality control, and client relationship care.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain perfectly organized stock inventory and stock rooms.
• Manage deliveries, prepare, and replenish stock swiftly and accurately.
• Ensure optimal product availability on the sales floor to boost efficiency and client experience.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and manage product requests to meet client needs.
• Handle vendor contract management and oversee store maintenance.
• Approach after sales service as an opportunity for client relationship building, managing repairs and quality issues effectively.
• Lead and develop the stock team where applicable, contributing fully to store objectives and participating in daily store briefings.
• Support Client Advisors in aligning operations with client traffic and needs.
• Maintain exemplary brand and product knowledge and uphold Louis Vuitton grooming and behavioral standards.
