Senior Special Bids Analyst

Job Overview

This role involves managing bidding activities, implementing short-term plans to penetrate new industry sectors, identifying business opportunities, and analyzing market demand. The position also includes maintaining and tracking the client pipeline, while building awareness and supporting consultative sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in proposal and bid management processes.
• Review proposals related to Mega Projects comprehensively.
• Assist the bid team in analyzing RFP requirements and prepare preliminary clarifications.
• Engage in the vendor selection process to evaluate and recommend optimal vendors for bids.
• Contribute to the development of business cases supporting each bid.
• Assist in formulating the commercial proposal components.
• Compile both technical and commercial proposals into cohesive documents.
• Establish and sustain relationships with essential stakeholders.
• Participate in presales activities to support business development.
• Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Experience and Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience, specifically in Bid Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant disciplines is preferable.
• Relevant certifications in bids or proposal management are advantageous.
